However, because many MINAMI Brands products are handcrafted or made from natural materials, small variations may occur. These may include differences in wood grain, color tone, texture, engraving depth, cutting marks, minor surface characteristics, and other natural or production-related variations. These variations are part of the character of handmade and natural-material products and are not usually considered defects.

Product images are for reference purposes only. The actual appearance of a product may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, material differences, and production batch.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms & Conditions.

An order is not considered accepted until we confirm the order by email or begin processing the order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including but not limited to cases involving stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, payment issues, or incorrect customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund using the original payment method where possible.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

We aim to pack and dispatch orders carefully and within the stated processing time. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal services, customs, weather, holidays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays, returned parcels, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect the parcel, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

8. Risk of Loss and Damage During Delivery

We pack products carefully to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Risk of loss or damage may transfer to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged product. We may require this information to assess the issue and file a claim with the carrier.

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, installed incorrectly, exposed to unsuitable environments, or returned without prior approval, unless required by applicable law.

10. Product Use and Care

Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

Wooden products and natural-material products should be handled with care. Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products are intended for indoor decorative use and should not be exposed to excessive moisture, direct rain, strong sunlight, fire, high heat, heavy impact, or unsuitable outdoor conditions.

Installation, hanging, mounting, and placement are the customer’s responsibility. Customers should ensure that walls, screws, hooks, nails, surfaces, and installation methods are suitable for the product’s weight, material, and intended use.

MINAMI Brands is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation, misuse, unsuitable placement, modification, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.

11. Handmade and Natural-Material Disclaimer

Many MINAMI Brands products are made using wood or other natural materials. Natural differences in grain, color, tone, pattern, density, knots, surface texture, and small production marks may be visible.

Laser-cut or engraved products may show slight darkening, edge marks, smoke marks, or cutting variations. These are common characteristics of laser-produced wooden items and are not automatically considered defects.

We aim to maintain a high standard of quality, but minor handmade and material variations are part of the product’s natural appearance.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on MINAMI Brands.com, including product designs, photographs, text, logos, brand names, graphics, layouts, product descriptions, artwork, images, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MINAMI Brands unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, or commercially use any MINAMI Brands content without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design, artwork, brand, or product content to the customer.
