Orders that have already entered production, been customized, or been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.

Returns and Exchanges / 返品・交換
Change-of-mind returns: Not accepted
If accepted, customers must contact MINAMI Brands within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition unless the return relates to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
