At MINAMI Brands, we carefully prepare and ship our products from Japan. Our goal is to provide reliable, transparent, and fairly priced shipping for customers in Japan and overseas.

Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Some handmade, made-to-order, or small-batch products may require additional preparation time. If an item requires a longer production or handling period, this will be stated on the product page or communicated after purchase.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods may vary depending on the destination and product type. Orders may be shipped using Japan Post, courier services, or other available shipping providers.
Whenever possible, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times

International orders: usually 7–21 business days

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

MINAMI Brands is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or for additional charges applied by customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
MINAMI Brands is not responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable resolution at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will assist where possible by checking the tracking information and contacting the shipping provider.
MINAMI Brands is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, natural events, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Restrictions

If we are unable to ship a product to your country, we will contact you and issue a refund where necessary.
