Returns & Refund Policy

At MINAMI Brands, we take pride in offering carefully selected and handcrafted products from Japan. If there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us so we can work towards a fair and reasonable solution.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Include all original parts and accessories.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we have made an error with your order, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MINAMI Brands cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot normally be returned unless required by applicable law:

Custom-made or personalised products.

Made-to-order products.

Gift cards.

Digital products or downloadable content.

Perishable goods, including food, beverages, tea, plants, seeds, or other items that naturally deteriorate.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

Clear photographs of:

the packaging,

and the shipping label.

We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your payment provider or financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or where the return results from our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have entered production or shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, or production has begun for custom or made-to-order items, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost during shipment, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we may ask you to return the original product (where eligible) and place a new order.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
